Refund policy
Please read our policy carefully, as it includes important information regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- All sales are final, and we generally do not accept returns. However, exchanges are available for damaged or defective items as outlined below.
For Damages and Issues, please follow these steps:
1. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please take a clear photograph of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and the packaging it arrived in. NOTE: Due to the nature of 3D printing, visible layer lines or slight imperfections may appear. These are typical characteristics of the manufacturing process and do not affect the functionality or quality of the product and do not qualify as damage or defects.
2. Contact us at info@sniffyprints.co within 7 days of receiving your order with the photos and order details.
3. If the item or order is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, it will be replaced at no additional cost (and resent with no additional shipping charge to you).
Please Note:
- This policy does not cover damages caused by third parties, user mishandling, or wear and tear resulting from normal use.
- If we've reviewed your request and the item is found to be damaged or defective and a replacement is not possible, we will process a refund of the full purchase price, including shipping, to your original payment method.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
