Where We Ship
We currently ship to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Japan, and South Korea.
These destinations have streamlined import processes, so you can expect smooth delivery with no additional compliance requirements on our end.
Please note that at this time we are not able to ship to EU countries or other regions that require additional packaging or import registration.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- We primarily use Canada Post for Canadian and international orders outside the United States.
- For U.S. shipments, we ship through Chit Chats, with final delivery handled by USPS.
- All of our products are approved as CUSMA-eligible, which means they typically enter the United States duty-free under the Canada–United States–Mexico Agreement. This helps ensure smooth and efficient customs clearance for U.S. customers.
- Shipping rates are calculated in real time based on the carrier’s pricing—or, for the United States, through our flat-rate structure—so you’ll always know exactly what you’re paying at checkout.
Processing Times
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
- Pairing bowls may take up to 1 week to ship due to additional processing time.

For U.S. orders: Shipments are sent in batches through Chit Chats to ensure proper CUSMA processing and duty-free entry. As a result, dispatch may take slightly longer than domestic orders. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Canada & International: Delivery times depend on the selected service and destination. International shipments may experience additional customs processing delays.

United States: Orders ship via Chit Chats and are delivered by USPS. All products are CUSMA-approved, so shipments typically enter the U.S. duty-free. Because U.S. parcels are consolidated and shipped in batches, dispatch and transit may take slightly longer than domestic shipments. Typical delivery time is 5–10 business days, although processing at U.S. entry points may occasionally extend this timeframe.
Tracking Information
- For tracked orders, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress.
- If you choose an untracked shipping option, please note that we are not able to provide updates once your package has been dispatched. If you want to ensure your package is trackable and secure, we recommend selecting the tracked shipping option at checkout.
Duties & Tariffs
As a Canadian-based business, any orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, and/or additional fees, which are beyond our control.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination.
- We recommend contacting your local customs office for up-to-date information regarding any applicable fees before placing your order.
- Policies regarding duties and tariffs may change, so it is important to confirm details with your local authorities.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, sometimes events beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or labor disruptions, may result in delays.
- If your package is lost or delayed, we ask that you first contact the carrier directly using your tracking number (if applicable) and verify your shipping address.
- If you are unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, please reach out to us. We are happy to assist and support you in finding a solution.
- For untracked shipments, we are unable to offer updates or guarantees. If you would like peace of mind and the ability to track your order, we suggest selecting tracked shipping at checkout.
- We kindly ask for your patience and understanding should your shipment be impacted by uncontrollable events. We will work together to find a solution where possible.
